How To Treat Tin Food Allergy?

I am a 25 year old man and I have been eating tin stuff my entire life, sometimes i even eat the unheated. But 3 months ago I've experienced an allergic reaction which is similar to tin stuff allergy.

My confusion is after all these years, how is it possible to develop a reaction now. and how do i treat it?
