How To Treat Tingling And Burning Sensation Of Nose Post Surgery?

Had surgery three weeks ago in my nose to fix my deviated septum and some cosmetic surgery. All was going well but now i feel a tingly burning sensation. Sometimes it bleeds, and sometimes it s stuffy, sometimes I sneeze a lot. It s pretty itchy and I have a lot of gross big globs of bloody granulation tissue in both nostrils that come out. Also been having heavy headaches all THrough my head, forehead and eyebrow area. My nose if I touch it feels rubbery and almost fake. I m not sure if this is a normal thing three weeks after surgery or if I did something wrong like blow my nose too hard or sneeze too much or maybe I just have a sinus infection or head cold or maybe I hit my nose in my sleep. I m not sure what it is?It s starting to hurt and bother me a lot
