How To Treat Tingling Sensation In Lower Left Of Abdomen?

hi i'm 17 and recently have had a tingling sensation from my lower left abdomen down to my left testicle. i've had this for about 3 days and i went to a urologist who felt around and said all is well. i do a lot of heavy lifting that could have strained it. do you think it's nerve related? sometimes it comes and goes but nothing unbearable just slight discomfort.
