How To Treat Tiny Bumps On My Upper Body Post Dying?

After tie died my shirt, i got it all over myself =[ and i woke up in the morning with TONS of these little bumps starting from behind my ears to my chest. they are a little painfull when i touch them but not itchy. ive been putting maximum strength cortisone cream on them but it just seems to keep spreading
