How To Treat Tiny Skin Tags Outside The Ear Of A 3 Week Old?

Hi, my baby is just 3 weeks old and he was born with two little skin tags outside his ear. What's the best method to remove those? Some people said use of a threat and other doctors said to wait till he is a year old and remove it using local anesthesia.
