How To Treat Tiredness And Depression Inspite Of Taking Escitalopram?

Hi I'm on escitalopram 20mg been on them about 6months now after stopping effexor(which was really terrible to stop) I'm really tired and unmotivated feeling flat and pretty negative about myself. My Iron is quite low but have been taking iron tablets. I work night shifts which probably doesn't help. Any advice on anti depressants that don't cause tiredness ? Many thanks
