How To Treat Total Blockage In The Leg Below Knee?

I was told that I have total blockage in my right leg below the knee but nothing has been done as yet but given paine medication and sent home after a visit with the doctor and I am very concern about this matter that it should taken care of immediately, What advise can I get?
