How To Treat Trembling Of Diaphragm Caused Due To Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I have throw up about 4 time from either morning sickness or cause i ate a lot of dairy am lactose intolerance i had a bunch of acid in my stomach and i have diarrhea just pretty much acid coming out and where my diaphragm is its throbbing . I took zantac for acid and it helped but the throbbing is what's bothering me
