How To Treat Tuberculoma And Lesions Of Brain Due To Meningitis?

Hi, my 54 year old brother has meningitis. This was confirmed via a Spinal tap. For about one week he has been given antibiotics administered through IV. The dosage has been increased over time. Yesterday's MRI showed that he also has Tubercoloma and lesions on the right side of his brain. I am wondering why the pain has not subsided very much despite many doses of antibiotics and how would Tubercoloma be treated? Also is this life threatening? Thank you.
