How To Treat Twisting Of Right Knee Leading To Pain?

Today I twisted my right knee and heard a few pops, inner knee. I can walk on it and bare my weight. Just bending it a certain way hurts a little and turn my knee the same direction I did earlier hurts. I have ice on it and put on a knee brace. Any ideas? Do I need to see my doctor?
