How To Treat Urinary Incontinence After Undergoing Prostate Surgery?

I had prostate surgery and it was removed 5 years ago. I had leakage and wore pads, it was only a small amount. Now in the last couple months it has become a lot more leakage, at the rate of 1 pad an hour. Is there something that can be done short of a catheter? I am 75 years old.
