How To Treat Vaginal Abrasion?

Hi doctor. I scratch vagina whilst wiping and bled for a few minutes and stings bad when I wee. I ve had it for 4days now and it s not got any better . I have been putting tcp on it and bathing daily with no results. Could you please tell me what could heal it up without seeing a doctor cos it s embarrassing. Thankyou
