How To Treat Vertigo And Dizziness Caused After Having Cerebellum Stroke?

Hi, I had a cerebellum stroke about 17 months ago. The way this has affected me is vertigo or dizziness when standing some days are worse than others. I can walk but I prefer to use a walking stick to steady myself if I start to lose my balance. I can drive OK. When standing I have a little brain fog but I think clearly can speak clearly and express myself OK as well. Is there any therapy that may be helpful, i.e re train the brain or condition the brain to lessen the vertigo.
