How To Treat Vertigo Leading To Severe Dizziness?

I have been told by my dr I have vertigo I was so bad in sat night I thought I was going to die my head was spinning & tilting I felt like being sick couldn t stand properly I am improving now off work & resting, I m still worried though even though dr checked me over I had blood tests done today hope nothing is wrong.
