How To Treat Vitiligo?

Hello sir

I am Monika. I am 24 years old.

I have this right segmental vitiigo problem. There is a small white colored pigment on my right hand thumb nearby nail. Also on my back there are also small white spots on right side.

I have started treatement on it for approximately 6-7 months ago.But it seems not to be cured much better. Spots stop further expanding but not compressed.

What should I have to do?????????????
