How To Treat Vitiligo?

I was recently diagnosed with Vitiligo and it is in early stage. I have small patch on my hand. I am also having infertility problem and the cause is unknown. Doctor checked for thyroid and its normal. What do you advice? Should I treat for Vitiligo? Doctor did not give me any oral medicine and gave me clobetasol ointment. Is there any oral medicine to cure thisVitiligo? If so, will it affect my fertility?
