How To Treat Water Blister Around Thumb Nail Due To A Small Burn?

Yesterday my thumb hurt around the nail so I thought It was a hang nail, then I thought maybe I burned it on the oven and that's why it burned. Today woke up and around my thumb nail is a huge water blister or some kind of bubbly blister. What could this be?
