How To Treat Watery Stool In A Baby?

Hello Doctor. My 3 months old daughter has been pasding wattery stool from past 5-6 days. Its not too much but 4-5 times a day. She is on bifilac and mobrid. But don't see immediate affect. Plz can u suggest hw to cure this and also kindly suggest the effect of mobrid and bifilac m there uses. Thank you.
