How To Treat Weakness And Joints Pain After Undergoing Pinpoint Radiation?

I am doing pinpoint radiation on my neck for stage one cancer, did 3 rounds of chop chemo, done with it 4 weeks ago. pinpoint still have 10 more rounds but am so weak and painful joints, I didn t feel this bad with chemo is this normal and how much worse will it get.
