How To Treat White Patches On Face And Dark Underarms?

Hi, I have a few skin problems, and would really appreciate if you could solve them for me.I want to lighten the complexion of my skin. Could you please suggest some ointment And pills for the same.Also there are white patches on my face ( light ones ) need a remedy for that aswell.My underarms are really dark. Ive tried home remedies but they just dont seem to work. I need a strong ointment or a peel that would get it back to normal. Pls help
