How To Treat White Spots On Buttocks And Legs?

hi i have this white spots on my body, they started to appear on my tigs and on my butt and not they are showing on my legs. I didnt have this white spots 25 years ago. Why do I have these white spots and how can I remove them? please I really need your help my skin is dark and they show very clear.
