How To Treat Wound In Vagina?

I have a what looks like flesh open burn wound on my vagina it isn't bear the slit it is on the front and has came suddenly since the past few days it is causing a lot of pain and discomfort and also releases some liquid (clear) what could this be? Should I be worried?
