How To Treat Wound With Blisters Surrounding It And Yellowish Fluid Discharge?

I have a wound on my foot that is on my instep. Its circular in shape and it has tiny clustered blisters around the edge . When it'sdry its yellowish in color and scaly. I can pop the blisters which help with the itch. The wound is about 1-2 inches big and weeps clear to bright yellowish fluid. I have more spots popping up that are just clusters of tiny blisters and a few areas on the palms of my hands. I have had this now for three months and have tried fungal cream for 2 months with no improvement. I went to a doctor who said it was impetago and gave me cream which seemed to make it worse.
