How To Use Topgain?

I'm 20yrs old. Im suffering from hairfall. Doctor adviced me to use topgain solution. But i dont know how to use that in a proper way. And may i apply oil while using that?! If i should not use oil means my hair will become dry right?! How can i solve this?!
