How To Use The Nuforce 3 Kit, My Doctor Suggested

How to use the Nuforce 3 kit, my doctor suggested to take Pink tablet on the first day night, Yellow on the second day and white tables on the third day .. all three days after food. where as in the kit and online we see that we have to take all 3 types on the same day at different times. Please advise.
