How To Wean Off Propranolol And Aripiprazole Slowly Without Any Side Effects?

Currently i am taking ocd medications. flouxetine 20mg, topiramate 50mg, propranolol 10 mg and aripirazole 15mgfor 2 years. now i want to stop medication and use other techniques to cope with ocd as medicines are causing more harm than benefit. Howshould i stop medication? should it be done abruptly or gradually? what should be the schedule?
