How To Wean Off From Melacare Cream Slowly Without Any Side Effects?

hi doctor : my mom has been using melacare cream since one year . yesterday i came to see the side effects of this cream if she stop using it their will be side effects right . so how can she prevent side effects of melacare . i advised her to stop using it but she is worried whether she get any side effects after stop using it and also i came to know that sterioids are present in that cream . kindly please provide me a solution for this.
