How To Wean Off Of Xanax?

My daughter has been on benzodiazepins for a month and a half for anxiety. She also struggles with depression. We want to get her off the xanax. After doing blood work she has low estrogen, low progesterone and a low thyroid. What protocol would you recommend? We are addressing the low estrogen and low progesterone with bioidentical hormones and will start with protocol to help thyroid. Thanks.
