How To Wean Off Of Zolfresh Safely?

I get addicted to zolfresh tablets. I m putting on weighti was 65 kg a year back now I m 85 kg age 32. I got irregular sleep and feel swealing on throat chest. Gastric reflex even at 2 tablets are not enough for me. Please recommend a solution and side effect so that I get aware and get a reason to stop it completely and for regular timely sleep plz recommend a solution.
