How To Withdraw From Zanex?

I have been on zanex for over 10 years between 2 to 8 milligrams in a 12 to 14 hr period every day and know they are trying to get me off of it it has worked so well and know I m scared I m not going to be able to function properly with out it I am know on just 1.5 mg a day it s not enough to feel comfortable in my own house I m scared that if they take me off of it completely I will die
