How Will The ER Treat A Piece Of Plastic Wrapper Stuck In My Throat For Several Days That’s Causing Choking Sensations?

I swallowed a piece of popsicle wrapper 3 or 4 days ago its stuck in my throat. It carts from I forgot all about it to oh my god this plastic will end up killing me. At the worst end of the scale it literally feels like I m choking to death on it. Lmk ast night I threw up so many times bust still feel plastic. I can feel it In my throat i can feel it move upon breathing just not moving enough to dis lodge. If i go to er I m wondering how they d treat this
