How Would A Healing Scabies Rashes Appear?

hi my name is mel. i have been diagnosed with scabies and have treated myself as of last friday with the head to toe permethrin cream. i am wondering what the scabies rash looks like after treatment...if it is dry with no cream it looks extremely dry and flaky/pinkish-red, if even a drop of water touches it, or when i put on more cream it becomes extremely bright red and looks like it did at the beginning...can u tell me what to expect during the healing process?
