Howdy! Iwent shopping today and picked up some raw bulk brazil nuts.
and ate like two handfuls. A while latger all of a suddent I felt very weak somewhat nautious my hands were tinglin with a slight burning sensation and I got a headache. Those symptoms have subsided but Im wondering if I could help the process along by taking something - like just drink extra water - of take a few aspirin (headachey a little) so I tought Id ask what I could do?
