Howto Treat Staph Infection With Otc?

Hi... was treated 3 weeks ago for a staph infection on the penis, with ciprofloxacin. Now it's back... Small, painless blisters, but itchy as hell. main site is at base of penis (below belly-button), and seems to spread to shaft. Cannot do more anti-bio's now, cause I'm traveling, and need something which is OTC... please help
