Hubby Had Trouble Chewing, Closing Jaw To Eat, Now Also

Hubby had trouble chewing, closing jaw to eat, now also speak. Neurologis suspected and confirmed with xray it is myasthenia gravis and sending him to Surgeon to have to growth on thymus tested/removed. Was looking up a Naturopath's comments on this condition and wondering if there is a good alternative.
