Husband age:69. No medical issues ever. 2 months ago he was very constipated . We tried laxatives for 2 weeks, saw Dr at clinic. She scheduled colonoscopy & suggested miralax. Test was a-ok. Constipation subsided. But he had painful, inflamed gut. (Thought Dr snipped too big of a polyp) Stomach inflammation changed from whole area to just a fist-size area on right side. This has been for a month. Feels better when laying down. Saw another Dr who scheduled series of blood work . Only issue was a bit anemic, high protein level. Also, he has swollen (a little) ankles with a red rash , which I noticed a month ago. Another Dr app tomorrow, but it's just a follow-up on another series of blood work.
