Husband Came Home Tuesday Feeling Dizzy, He'd Been Cleaning Out

Husband came home Tuesday feeling dizzy, he'd been cleaning out a rental house that was disgustingly dirty (tenants living there for a few months without water, sewer or electricity). Wednesday morning he was still dizzy and his vision was weird, stuff moving off to the side if he tried to focus in on something. Thursday vision was better and not as dizzy but he is still feeling run down and dizzy today.
