Husband Has A Swollen Gland On Left Side Of Neck

Husband has a swollen gland on left side of neck right above the collarbone. He has had the awful crud with cough, congestion etc. Is starting to feel better, but has a hard time swallowing at times and the swollen area is smaller than it was, but is still there.
