Husband Has Sharp Pain In Abdomen(less Pain Over Last 25

Husband has sharp pain in abdomen(less pain over last 25 min.), strong headache (band, not one sided), nausea and dry heaves, and dizzy. He took prevacid before dinner, we ate at Applebee's, came home, and he climbed under our house to look at leaky pipe problem; got the above symptoms under the house and then came up in the above condition - and very shakey. Do I need to take him to ER?
