Huy Sir I Am 20 Yrs Old I Am Suffering

Huy sir I am 20 yrs old I am suffering from nightfall from 1.5 years. It goes on everyday in a month. I also took some common ayurveda medicines on ayurveda doctor's advice but it didn't work too much. Presently I am taking shatavri & swetmusli churna's course. I am also an old patient of constipation. What should I do now suggest me plz.
