Hx Of Incompetent Cervix And Had Laparoscopic Transabdominal Circlage Done

Hx of incompetent cervix and had laparoscopic transabdominal circlage done in April of this year. Previously lost 2 pregnancies. First pregnancy lost 18 weeks and suspected I.C. So before next pregnancy had vaginal cervical circlage. At 18 weeks fetus pushed through circlage and emergency circlage placed after baby and sac were pushed back into place. 21 weeks baby pushed through wall of cervix and delivered. Now 10 weeks pregnant, taking it was but have dull lower abdominal cramping. No bleeding, temp. Discharge and good app. Tried calling my doc but no answer should I go to ER?
