Hy I am a 57 year old male , I drive a truck for a living I don't drink a lot of water I keep getting this pain I lower ab rite in behind the bet buckle every three weeks give or take I sweat like crazy when I'm out in the heat has been going on for about 5 years have had regular prostate exams for a long time but did mis the last one 6 months ago it usually last 4 to 5 days . No bleeding no burning when I pee but a lot of urgency some times the cramping pain in there wil make your knees buckle
