Hy I Have Just Had My Ct Scan N It

Hy i have just had my ct scan n it was diagnosed that i have mucus retention cyst in left sinuses, i m a flying crew and having severe pain in my left ear while descending d aircraft, its being v difficult for me to continue this profession bcoz of this pain every other day. what would u suggest me to do bcoz sometimes the pain stays for even 24 hrs if i hv little alergi and i fly with that. If the pain aggrevats it affects my neck n shoulder mussels also, is there any solution or treatment.
