Hy Sir Good Evening I Have Miss My Period12 Days

Hy sir good evening I have miss my period12 days now before I missed it I had the symptoms and I spotted two days in the same week my period suppose to come I continue to have symptoms my breast start to pain then after I realize I'm getting a sharp pain in my lower stomach and sometimes I feel like my whole inside wants to come out last week I was passing off white and now this week I'm passing light yellow and tonight now I'm seeing brown spot my breast is not paining so much now can u tell me what is that
