Hya . I Have A Cute Pain Behind My Ear

Hya . I have a cute pain behind my ear just at my neck . My right half of my face is numb lips cheek eye twitched cheeck twitches . Eye is very watery . Had previous diagnosed bells palsey but the acute pain inneck below ear a.d lose of power in hand right is worring . Also have shoulder pain . It's twitching bad . I drool when.I drink any fluid little slurred speach due to numb lips inner mouth tounge partake numb . Should I seek immediate medical help or.hang off till I see doc.in.morning . Iv had this over a week now wih numbness etc progressing.badly inlast 48 hrs . Thanks u for ur time and.pleaae help I'm.realy worried .
