I 50yr Old Female With Severe Chronic Lupus And All

I 50yr old female with severe chronic lupus and all its secondaries like Renaults syndrome(sp?), sjogrens, lichen planus, etc. Also chronic respiratory failure ... Thursday night I started noticing when I breath in I had a pain that starts in my chest center of the left side that radiates inside my left breast all the way to the nipple. Any suggestions to try to alleviate this pain?
