I 80 Years Old. I Have Had Bronchiectasis For 30

I 80 years old. I have had bronchiectasis for 30 years. I am now told I have end stage bronchiectasis and that I need a transplant but that my age disqualifies me. What I can expect? I find it hard to get straight answers.

Also I have asymptomatic mild/moderate aortic stenosis. Is that a complication so far as the bronchiectasisis concerned?
