This is the result of an echocardiogram: can you tell me how bad it is ? Thanks

Left ventricular ejection fraction estimated at 60 %
-Mildly dilated left atrium.
-Left ventricular size is normal. Mild concentric left
ventricular hypertrophy. Normal left ventricular systolic
function with no regional wall motion abnormalities. Grade 1
diastolic dysfunction (abnormal relaxation E<A
wave with probably normal LV filling pressures).
-Trivial valvular regurgitation.
-Compared to prior study (3/20/2014), no significant changes
noted.
