I ATE SALMON AT MY FAVORITE RESTURANT TODAY, AND THEY PUT THE LEFTOVER SALMON IN A PLASTIC CARRYOUT CONTAINER WHICH THEY HAVE PROVIDED BEFORE. THE SALMON STAYED COLD IN THE CONTAINER UNTIL WE WENT HOME. WE ALSO USED A SECOND "COOLER BAG", THAT WE HAVE USED BEFORE TO HOLD THE CARRYOUT CONTAINER. I ATE ABOUT ONE THIRD OF THE SALMON, THAT HAD BEEN STORED IN OUR REFRIGERATOR WHEN WE GOT HOME. THE SALMON HAD A STRONG FISHY SMELL, BUT I EXPECTED THAT. I ATE THE THIRD PIECE AND LEFT THE THE REST FOR LATER. MY HUSBAND IS CONCERNED THAT IT MAY HAVE GOTTEN WARM BEFORE WE REFRIGERATED IT WHEN WE GOT HOME. I ATE THE ONE PIECE SEVERAL HOURS AGO BUT HAVE HAD NO UNPLEASANT SIDE EFFECTS. FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, WHAT SHOULD I HAVE DONE?
