I Am 21 And My Problem Is That My Penis

I Am 21 and my problem is that my penis is not detach fully from the bottom side ,a skin is joined there through the mouth of penis and ,I dnt feel any problem fr mastubarate ...but as I seen and read all over that the foreskin should b detach fully so I am in tension with it , and some of places I saw that they suggested to hve sex ,cuz for the 1st time sex the foreskin get pressure nd its detach by ownslf so ,what should I do ..
